New Guinea Eclectus (Eclectus roratus polychloros) Young eclectus parrot, male, he is 2 weeks with me now, and is feeded by hand 3 times a day. This video in an observation of his poop. It looks good, not to liquid. The Eclectus Parrot, Eclectus roratus, is a parrot native to the Solomon Islands, Sumba, New Guinea and nearby islands, northeastern Australia and the Maluku Islands (Moluccas).

It is so nice with this breed that no blood test is needed to find out the sex…XD

females can get agressive when turning 2 years old. They want to start breading than. Some are not tame at all and bite lot if they are 5 weeks old, very hard to get them tame, do not try it.

yes, his shit was not to liquid and not to solid, it was good, the shit shows if the food too liquid or not, he only eats liquid food in this stage of his life.

HI, I was thinking about buying a female Grand Eclectus, Not sure what signs too look for when buying a bird. I was looking at a local breeder and am not sure how the feathers should look on these guys, shes said she should be ready to go in about a month. How should the feathers look? thanks for your help
