Yes, apparently your male eclectus feels very bonded with you :P
Regurgitating on someone is kind of like a gift. A gross smelly gift from your bird.

Whenever you see him about to do it, you know the motion, on you just pick him up and put him on his gym or in the cage. Or just put him on anything that is a distance from you.
When he calms down and isn’t in the moment anymore pick him back up. He should eventually get the message you don’t want him vomiting on you all the time.
    :) Goodluck!

Hi. My male eclectus did the same thing. He actually got crazy with it. I had a male and female that I raised from chicks. Kept them for nine years. When it got to the point that the male would bite me leaving bloody bites on my arm when I stopped him from trying to masturbate on my wrist, he only got more vengeful about it. He did have a female in the house, too. And nest boxes. Foods of all sorts and hardly every caged except at night. So I think when they imprint on humans when in chick stage, that lingers forever and they won’t mate with another bird. Both were healthy and never sick. They talked a lot. Their feather condition could not have been better and they were free-flighted. Still…he thought he had to have me or die. I had to give them away, to make the long story short. After having those two and some other rescue birds I have decided over the years that birds belong in the wild and should not be forced into the pet world. Even all the way down to parakeets which regularly get illnesses from being over bred. I am fully against the parrot trade.

You’re right to want to change your reletionship with your bird. He has formed a sexual attachment to you.
