Cancer
Like the first guy said, this is the first sign of Cancer! Get it to a vet quick!
You need to seek veterinary advice ASAP.
An eclectus that has any sort of deformity or discolouration of the beak is in need of medical assistance. The Eclectus beaks health is a good sign of what is going on with the bird. A healthy eclectus will have a normal looking shiny, smooth beak with no discolouration or deformities.
It doesn’t necessarily mean it is actually cancer, it could be anything from cancer to something as small as lacking in something nutritional.
he could have hit his beak on something.
but i would go to the vet
