Decided on a eclectus parrot……?

I am getting a eclectus parrot that has been hand reared. I am however finding it hard to find breeders in Queensland Australia. Does anyone know any or any good breeders (papers etc) within Australia that posts?? Am looking to buy my baby early mid 2010. $$$ Are not an issue I just want a good quality tame mate. Thanks!

*Also is a licence needed in qld since they are wild towards the top of the state??
