I have an eclectus parrot who is 5 years old – but to this day still bites the hand that feeds him?

He lives at the resort, has everything he wants, talks underwater, has two cages one indoors and outdoors only gets locked away for bed time which he hates doesnt like to go to be would love to stay up all night – he is a male, just would love him not to attack me when i give him food
